From Oct.7th – 8th, 2013, our management team above the middle level attended the first development training and management review meeting in Further Education Training Center of Shandong University of Science and Technology.

The subject of this development training was “Effective Communication and Efficient Actions”. Altogether, we completed three missions of “Narrow Escape”, “Survival Password” and “tangram”, from which we fully experienced the importance of effective communication and teamwork, how to look for efficient methods between “rules” and “actions”, how to make reasonable plans and how to complete the tasks by working together with limited resources.

The subject of management review meeting was “Market Development, Assurance and Guideline”. We mainly reviewed the KPI implementation for the first half of 2013 and made preparation for the set-up of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Every manager reviewed the KPI implementation and proposed key indexes that needed to add. We discussed in groups the purposes, supportive documents, tables and completion time for ISO management programs. Finally, everybody made a short speech on progress made since the management communication meeting in March.

The agenda was very tight for these two days, but everyone could feel that we are moving forward to a common target together with strength and passion.
